| Bryan Houck I started painting my junior year of High school, But it wasn't until I saw "how to draw a bunny" and the "Basquait" movies that I really wanted to make it a career. Ever since I saw those movies I started to paint obsessively and shortly thereafter I started to showcase my paintings, Ive been doing it now for about 4 years.Im not going to school for art but feel like im learning alot about how I approach my art and how to showcase it professionally. I usually paint on wood to give it that raw feeling sometimes I use canvas and sometimes I even use fabric, I use acrylic, pens and sometimes photos and sometimes spray paint, mostly all my paintings are mixed media. Its very easy for me to find inspiration, its all around me, the nature of the world, the people around us, how we act and come off, and mostly the news. |
